I was going to post this yesterday, but the reality became more important than posting.



I found a lost dog. I kept her overnight, and I am now in love with her. She is smart and personable!


.. and I love dogs, anyway.


I placed her in the care of the Humane Society for a couple of weeks while they try to find the real owner. (better for her) If the owner does not show up after their best efforts for two weeks, I can claim her as mine.

I miss her, already.

Doggy's gone.  Her owner showed up at the humane society today and picked her up.

They left me a thank you letter and an offer of a reward.

I would have loved to have given her a home, but she is back with her own pack now and that is better for her.
