I have been prescribed o take up to 35mg a day. Since I haven't been working, I rarely take that much but I think it will go back up to that when I start uni full time. The amount was prescribed on how much I weigh. I am pretty small so I guess that is the reason for the 35mg limit which I am fine with.

I am wondering if you take that one amount all the time. Because you can take a day or two off them when you aren't doing much and this can help their effectiveness then. Otherwise you can get used to the dose and thus not feel as much benefit. I have days off from taking the meds and I just feel more tired and hungry. So a good sleep and eating a lot.

I always take the meds when I have to drive and/or go out and socialise. A good effect they have for me is they help make speaking easier.

I am also wondering if you can get a copy of the notes where it confirms you have ADHD. It would be good for you to have a copy of this in print for yourself.

Yeah, I have to take a break for a week every month or so or it stops working.  I also don't take it on shitty days, since it doesn't help much on those days anyway and I might as well use the time to reduce my tolerance and build up a surplus of pills so that it'll work better on good days, when it helps a lot.  I'm due for a break from them at the moment, since they've been doing very little for me for the past week.  I'm entitled to a copy of all my medical records, but acquiring them is something I've never gotten around to.

I actually agree with odeon on this lit. I hate the fact that society is set up the way it is, but right now theres nothing that can be done, and I don't really like how the nazis were either. If I had lived back then, I probably would have gotten shot for standing up to them or something.

By the way, in the end it doesn't matter if a state is Nazi, socialist, "liberal" or conservative. It's a state, and thus it's criminal and corrupt from the very beginning. The majority of the people never formed a modern state, so "democracy" is a fraud.

The state is a criminal organisation of national size; at the top there are the smart psychopaths running it: the politicians, the officials, the "legal" system.
