i've just cooked a rather fab pizza (from scratch, own dough, etc.) on a griddle thing i've had for years but never used, and it was fucking gorgeous !!  and then i made pittas on it.  i've had a real problem baking bread cos i won't put the stupid electric oven on just for me, so i've missed out all sorts for years.  but now...

woo hoo!  and the roasted veg i had for lunch (also done on griddle thing) were top bananananana too.

i am over the moon, brain.  ;D
