Its hard at first for me too. With contined pratice of positive visualization exercise, I become more deeply relaxed over time. Its hard to concentrate at first, but after awhile it becomes easy. Serotoinin is necessary for concentration, and I think it builds up from doing that exercise resulting in deeper imagery and being more calm. Practice regulary, I get a sense of controll over my life. I can do social things and jump over food cravings. I am able to do when I am hungry and really feal like giving in to impulses. That is the worst, for me. I can do something else and still get relief while imagining a relaxing situation. I can easily do two things at ounce. GIVE IT MORE TIME! YOU CAN DO IT!
