i agree with Ozy, ending its pain was right, i hate seeing living things in pain. death is just a transformation. death is always harder on those left behind. well i would think so.

There was really no other option.
I have attended an inordinate number of deaths in my life and this one was small, but just as shuddersome and awe-inspiring. The best anyone can do is walk away from it and remember.

The bats death was accidental and not anybodies fault.  Putting it out of it's misery was the best thing to do.  Death is ......well, just part of life.  It's too bad that many world leaders and others can't feel the same way about one single life and death.  Maybe we'd have a lot less war and murder and stupidity, if we could feel the same way you did.  Aahhhhh, wtf, others have said the same thing and the evil never stops.

I've been watching the most incredible sunset I've seen in a long while. Indy doesn't get many, compared to what this spoiled Texas boy grew up watching. This one was a keeper.
