The psychologist had gone off on holiday, and I hadn't gotten the letter about it, so my appointment was brought forward and I missed it, but only found out today when I went for the appointment on the original date, and the CPN said I'd have to wait 4-6 weeks for another one since my case isn't urgent.  :( :( :(

It feels urgent to me.

It feels urgent to me.

Yeah. That's kind of how I felt when
I was told that mine had no time
until the 30th. There are crises
centers available, but I didn't
feel in crisis, simply that I
needed to get things
under control, and
was close to breaking.
