Keep it going and your concentration will grow.  Serotonin is necessary for concentration it grows  with practice. Among other things, my appetite get surpressed, and I find it easier to say no to junkfood.

That sounds useful although I am doing pretty well at that right now and sticking to a lot of fruit. The period after xmas is always difficult anyway, as a lot more chocolate etc around. I believe that things in moderation are okay usually.

I have the same trouble focusing enough to meditate- especially since every little noise will break my focus.  I found that a guided meditation CD on headphones made it easier for me to focus.

I reduced dose of alpha lipoic acid so that  it can cause low blood sugar that can disrupt mood.  I wonder if one of the herbal extracts is responsible for my disrupted mood. I have noticed this reaction before, I think.
