Sometimes there is literally no one to talk to because you wouldn't get the reaction you want to hear, but you still are dying to say some things.  You want to tell somebody.

I haven't had success with a diary before, but that may have been because I was too held up trying to make characters for my mind rather than just letting the thought flow.  I had a rewarding experience this time.

I am a curious nosey mofo, so I would love to hear stuff like that, but I don't know about anyone else.  I sort of assume they don't want to listen either.  The reason why I think that comes from trying many times and getting unfavorable reactions. 

Like you talk about your problems, they try to solve your problems for you(not saying I havent been guilty of doing that myself), or you talk about the misfortunes of your life and they get guilty and feel like they should say something to console you but there is just about nothing that can be said, or you talk about conflicts you are having and you feel right, and they respond with that it is unreasonable for you to hold that you are right given the situation and you dont want to hear that, you want somebody, at least 1 other person to acknowledge your side of the situation.

It would be so much easier to start exploring how you were an idiot if just 1 person would acknowledge how you were sort of right to do what you did and it was understandable.
