I've done too many changes, all at once and I don't know what the fuck I need to change next.

For example, Substances: resumed alcohol consumption, suspended caffeine/coffee before sleep, began Melatonnin before bedtime, tried to established bedtime. Something has made me start stim-pacing on my tiptoes and babbling, everytime I need to get anything done, again. WTF!!

I'm always drumming with my fingers. Have decided to take up the drums to see if i can put it to some kind of productive use and take some aggression out. but getting round to organising that is another thing

Funny that I used that term. It was my major stim. Full hand flapping - I get really good images out of it.
Sort of like fully controlled movies. I came from a time when no-one new what it could mean.

Had about a two hour nap, but awoke with a start and there was someting flying around the room. Not really, but my mind would not let go of a dream. For some reason, THE DAMN SCARY DREAM WOULD NOT STOP. I knew it was a dream. I had to get fully upright and stand before it faded. Is that a side effect of Melatonnin, I wonder?
... or just a side effect of not enough sleep?
