I will be washing like that soon.

Want to wear my green favourite dress I am wearing now, but it needs washing. Will wash it by hand, spin it. Wave it in the warm air outside and wear it again I think. (OK, may wear something else while I do that, and let it dry a bit more than just waving with it outside)

I'm thinking I need better coping skills than the  avoidance  I've practiced for most of my life.
Retreating farther into my own head temporarily dulls the discomfort of being alive, but ultimately prolongs it.  :thumbdn:

Thinking about my daughter. She has a friend sleeping over and they were both supposed to be asleep but she couldn't sleep cos she was worried about someone coming here to burn down the house.
