can you tell me the difference between :D and  :laugh: , please?  i know one has a red mouth, and one has a black mouth, but there must be a reason.  do they mean different things?

The one with the black mouth is supposed to be a cheesy grin emoticon and the one with the red mouth is supposed to be a laughing emoticon.
