If I were to start taking up stretching daily in order to increase my flexibility, when stretching, seriously speaking, how much pain should I endure when forcing myself to stretch?  I figure that if I push myself too far i'll end up spraining something or otherwise doing damage, but if i don't push hard enough I won't make progress.  So about how hard should I push, how much pain should I endure, and does anybody got a good stretching regime?

try basic hatha yoga.  if you get a decent instructor/book (if you don't want to go to classes), it'll tell you what to do, but bascially, it's stretch until you can feel it in your body, and don't do anything which makes you uncomfortable.  yoga is very gentle, but very effective.

have a rootle around the internet for a reputable yoga school, and then see if they can recommend a text for you to use - there might even be one online.

This is the end scene for Cabin Fever.  The main characters, who know that the flesh eating virus is in the water are dead.

A couple of kids go down to a stream to get water.

There is some kind of a get together with a band and the police and all the town folk, and they're all drinking the lemonade made by the kids.

The band is playing:

And then you see a truck filled from water from the nearby fresh water spring driving off.
