I used to get eczema when I was little i think. And once when I started uni, I got some on my hand or my arm from stress lol

My husband gets eczema behind one knee - it flares up a couple of times a year due to stress.  Looks like several folks here have it.  Must suck - I hate to itch.

Especially when it just gets worse, the more you scratch it
I got it from stress when I started uni, and I have social anxiety as well, so maybe a lot of people with anxiety get it
