I don't know how far I walked, today. I put in a fourteen hour day at work and the store is VERY LARGE! I must have made quite a few laps around the place.

At least my feet can take it now. I'm not nearly as exhausted as I was after my first seven hour day (a month ago) in over two years.

... and I've lost some more belly!

It's harder than hell.  I guess you just have to be selective about which grudges to hold onto or let go.  Some really aren't worth the energy.  And yes, I'm pathetic too.
