Thats a good question I try not to get angry for Years I was angry at Myself and it put Me into a deep depressed state of Mind.

Hopefully, you aren't depressed often now.  You're a good person.

I have lived with depression for 20+ years Even been diagnosed with a Major Depressive Disorder to in July of 2004.

I've got that diagnosis too.
