Why do you want to be mediator?

Because I think I would be a good mediator, for I am fair, honest, nonjudgmental in the affairs that go on here at Intensity. I remember talking to shima after coup, if I would not had computer problems then. She asked Me afterward how would You advised Me. My advice would have been not to do it for people would get hurt in the process. She was being used by McJagger to to stir up things around here. That is old news though what was done is done and everything worked itself out in the end. A good mediator needs to look passed what is going on here to mediate effectively. I would just like to see such disputes handle better than they have here in the end, and I think I could help resolve the disputes that come up here at Intensity. For that is something You or I will need to do here at Intensity.

Did You not give Her the Idea of the coup in the first place McJagger? Were You not just a willing participant but active one in all of this too? She ousted Eamonn because she thought Pyraxis would be a better Admin instead. I am not saying if any of this was right or wrong for what happened has happened. It all could have been handled better than it was in the end. You have been known to stir up things here and there it may be entertaining too. I am not say this is even right or wrong either.

shima I believes she feels hurt for what she has done for it hurt Herself more than anybody else. I don't know if She feels that She was used or not. She blames Herself I believe for what has happened. I know She is not going to like this that I have brought this up and doubt I will be sorry for doing so.

I have said this though for a reason McJagger for We all should think a bit be for We react in the end. Even I know that You are sorry for the events and the out come that took place. Maybe though it will make Intensity stronger in the end, because what has happened.

i regret some of the instances, however.

if shima is hurt (long lasting variety) then i need to talk to her.
if it was temporary hurt, based upon her regrets, and she is over it, then thats life.  we all get hurt, from time to time.

i just want to be certain that i did not cause any long term hurt to someone i respect and consider a friend.
