Wow, such enthusiasm!  What have I done to deserve such a welcome, I wonder!  Anyroad, seems a pretty nifty site y'all have here; shame it took me so long to poke around.  (But then, I hardly make time for any of this stuff lately!  Need to change that...)

Definitely still an 'are', though I'm often too lazy or tired to check in for work.  I am thoroughly spoilt by academia!

I am an occasional fan, I suppose.  I often enjoy his books and occasionally read articles in his mag.  My guess is that he and I had a very different basic mentality but, with his turn towards scepticism, we are definitely fellow-travellers.  (I am effectively a Pyrrhonist.)  And I totally agree with his up-front approach on many issues (debating Holocaust deniers, for example).  Why do you ask, anyroad?

Not very often; I usually get bored or frustrated and walk away.  But sometimes, when I'm not bored, I get vicious.  As the trite cliché says, I do not suffer fools gladly...

You seemed like the kind of person who would appreciate his work. He lectures there at UC Irvine on occasion as well. One of the Holocaust deniers he has debated, Don Black, has been a bit of an issue here on this site.
