reminds me of a show that was on tv here - "100% English".
The presenter interviewed some obnoxious white people who said they could trace their ancestry back through 12+ generations of pure english blood. Some of them complained about black people calling themselves "english" - even very patriotic ones who play proudly for the national football/soccer team or fight in the army.

All these white interviewees confidently agreed to having their DNA tested to determine their racial makeup.

Almost all were confronted with results like "Your genetic makeup is 15% sub-saharan african, 10% slavonic european, 8% middle eastern and 66% northern european"

They then awkwardly pretended to be delighted and fascinated and said things like "Lucky I'm not a racist or that might have really upset me!"

I think I would enjoy seeing that show.  I don't know my complete geneology, but I know enough to know that I am not 100% anything.  I am part Cherokee.
