Princess Bride is a classic. I was stoked when my kids were old enough to watch it and so disappointed that they did not get into it.

I think it's because it's a fairy tale with adult type references and in jokes/satire.  My daughter still doesn't get why I use phrases from the movie in my eccentric quips.

Ozy, will you post a larger picture of you avatar?  It looks interesting.
I came to this world with nothing
and I leave with nothing but love,
everything else is just borrowed.

Fuck it, we'll do it live.

I actually did elsewhere on the forum.  Unfortunately, it was from  a scanned photo and for some reason didn't scan or translate well.  The larger picture looked all pixilated and didn't look good.

The photo is of me sitting on the summit of Mt. Katahdin Maine looking down into a glacial cirque.  It's a place called Chimney Pond Campground and is about 2000 feet below where I'm sitting.

Yeah, I like the picture and the weather that day was really good.  On the summit, it was very windy and these clouds kept blowing in and out, one minute sunny, the next you couldn't see 5 feet in front of you.  And in the valley below you could see the sunny patches just racing off across the countryside.  I just thought it would be cool to have my feet in the picture near the edge of the drop.   8)

Some random pictures I took anyway:

Took these a couple weeks after Starbuline died when I went to see Victorian stuff with uni:
It was scary on my own but two people talked to me that day
Was feeling fucked up though so messed it up and went home early lol

Ireland somewhere out there. Then stupid ocean

Saw this bird the same day:
