uh ok. i think i can count on two hands how many topics ive locked on this board.

The idea is that now you have an epiphany and realize why this annoys other members.

uh ok. i think i can count on two hands how many topics ive locked on this board.

Even though it is not a rule, there is a feeling that when other people post in a discussion that someone else starts, they should be able to continue that discussion, unless it is the person's Ask Away thread or his Real Problems thread or something like that, Richard.  That is why some people are upset with you locking threads.
