I would get more scientific, try to make up body imbalances, things like that have roots in nutrition.  Moms have all kinds of weird cravings when they are pregnant, and perhaps they would not be so weird if their bodies where in  balance before the pregnancy.  I have lost most of my intrest in junkfood already, and the other bit may come after I loose 13.05lbs I need to.

I managed to quit without a "method". It worked. If I start smoking again and want to quit, that's how I'll do it.

Lucifer was saying that you should lose the weight by chopping off your head.   Basically implying that you don't use what is in your head anyways, so might as well chop it off.   She was wondering if it weighed enough for you to lose the 13lbs.   The human head weighs an average of 4.5 to 5kg when cut off at the C3 vert.   So at a little over 11 lbs, he would need to lose another 2 lbs.   Any other suggestions of things he could lob off Lucifer?   Human biomass can be used as fuel, you know.
