Management is a big problem even when things are properly engineered.  Maintenance is always one of the things they cut back on to save money even the best engineered plant is susceptible to problems if left to rot or has half ass maintenance.

That was the soviets, who had no idea whatsoever how to run a nuclear power plant. Most countries know what they are doing and nothing will happen. The soviets on the other hand are playing with fire:

No, but normally its a good source of basic information. Asides if people want to follow through, wiki lists all its sources at the bottom. A lot better than having to mess around figuring out the correct search term for google.

well, here's a revelation for you: there are also things called s-c-i-e-n-t-i-f-i-c j-o-u-r-n-a-l-s, and r-e-s-e-a-r-c-h- p-a-p-e-r-s, and even these wierd and wonderful things called b-o-o-k-s, which contain all manner of up-to-date and accurate information.  you can access these marvels in l-i-b-r-a-r-i-e-s, which are places that have LOTS of them.  and they have more specific and detailed information, often which isn't published on google or wiki (although i can access many papers and journals online).

I would love to subscribe to a scientific journal, but I was going to wait until I had a more permanent address. As for librarys, i cant paste a link to a library book on here, it isnt really fair for those who cannot access it. Not all of us have access to a university, Lucifer.

have you never heard of p-u-b-l-i-c libraries?  you can go in them and read things, and it's free, you know.
