cleaned up my lungs real good. but i miss it. i ache for it. i'm gonna get some when i go to finland, they don't sell my brand here.

i didn't want to either. it just happened. also i'd started to suffer from odd breathing difficulties or what have you, i only liked to smoked when i was drunk or on speed. and i stopped both at that time so the cigs followed.

i love the idea of a pipe.

My wife smoked one for a while, when she was cutting back
on cigs. The only problem is the tendency to get some
nasty resin.

i always inhale. that's the point of smoking. :P

i don't want to risk cancer for nothing. i'd rather enjoy the smoke fully.

I'm not sure whether I inhale or not.
I don't treat it like one would a pot hit.

And, it has SOME effect on lungs, but I
think lack of exercise  has more.

i love inhaling. it's like fresh air. it's like really breathing. and the smell is wonderful. when i pass smokers i breathe in to smell it. i miss it. it's like my lungs for made for it. it always felt right, i never once regretted smoking or considered quitting for good. god i should really get some smokes.

I don't buy this rumour. I used to smoke a pack a day or more of little paper tubes. When I finally quit the cigs I smoked the pipe constantly. I mean, I have eleven pipes and I rotate them, but for about six months I kept one going the whole time I was awake and my lungs cleared out, even though I inhaled the pipe constantly. I now smoke about two bowls per day and my lungs are clear. My doctor even congratulated me during my last physical, for quitting smoking, but I had to "fess up" and tell him the truth. I only cut back.

BTW, I keep an immaculate pipe. I even wash them under running water with soap to remove the excess tar. Then I allow them to cure for a couple of days to dry.

I believe the paper tubes, loaded with "stayburning" chemicals, do more damage than the tobacco.

I love that petrol stations here sell cold beer. The supermarkets and other offies are usually shut by 10. :beergrin:
