ponders on mobile phones.

Girl wants one for her BD, because of all the things a nice phone can do, besides being a phone.  :santa:

Resistance is futile. They use it for so much more than we do. It's a way of life for them.

Well, at least she is not interested in using it as a phone.

That day will come, too. :P

And some phones are far more desirable than others. If her friends have an iPhone, guess what you daughter wants?

Just tell her what I tell the PR:  "We can't afford that.  Who do you think I am?  The Queen of England?"

Bought a wheat bag on impulse. (one you can heat in the microwave)

Was very happy, couple of hours later, that I had.

Open toe ballet flats (in a coral pink colour)
Black bandeau bra (to go with that jumpsuit I bought a while ago)
2 x 24 packs Coca-Cola™ cans*
15 pack of Fanta™ cans that were on special also

*then I got home and found I still had a whole 24 pack left in the cupboard :facepalm2:

They are very useful. I frequently use one when my neck hurts.

Just was at Grainger which is an industrial supply house with millions of parts and tools for everything, I think of it as heaven, and I bought an organic vapor filter with a p100 prefilter on it for work

Bought some presents for my mother. She celebrates her birthday coming Sunday. Some luxury chocolates, a week planner/calendar thing, a dig. cooking timer with a package of fitting batteries. Wrapped them up half an hour ago.

Think I'll also buy a not too expensive/small pot plant for her tomorrow.

Oh, bought some groceries for myself as well.

I had a cherry pip one, shaped to fit the neck, but, it wasn't comfortable. This wheat bag is made of flexible fabric, and drapes itself around the neck, head or where you put it. Perfect combination of weight, pressure and warmth.

Another day of keeping to my resolutions of spending more time at the house (unfortunately not doing the chores I should be doing) and spending less, nothing was spent 3 days this week.
