What kind of shoes? Curious.

I bought a TPLink router as the previous one was doing strange things. Routers are expensive. Kayleigh tells me this new one was easy to install.

Then we went to Red Dot Home. I bought a medication dispenser, some clothes hangers and a place mat to put under the cats food bowls. Kayleigh bought a craft mat and some plasticine (it's her fidget stuff).

Knock off Convers from a brand called SoulCal. It's all I can get that looks remotely unisex, tbh given I'm a size 12 (UK) without spending too much. Got three pairs in the sale.

^Smart, buying three pairs. I need to replace the pair of Nikes I have. They're men's ones so they're wide and comfortable. I'll have a look on the net later to see if I can find any in the same style. I got them like new from the Salvos so I don't know their history.

I need to invest in some new shoes as well, plus from what I recall, I might be getting paid this first half of the month.

I bought a nice desk chair for my computer station. My older one was about twenty years old and it broke and became dangerous.
I bought a fairly nice one with adjustable lumbar support, lift-up arms and faux leather upholstery to replace the older one.

The boy got Sugarbutt a new desk chair for Christmas. The vinyl on the old one started peeling. It was weird because it didn't just start peeling a little, but rather some sort of full system breakdown or something. It's like it suddenly expired and the whole thing began to disintegrate. The new one has a fabric seat, so hopefully it will last longer.   :dunno:

Bonded leather. It always goes south after a few years. I've got a sofa the kids left here covered with blankets that's doing the same. You can paint it with sometimes nice results if you do the prep but mine is sagging and not worth the attempt. I did do an office chair before and it came out pretty nice...held up for a couple of years anyways without looking fugly.

Mine has arrived, still in the box. My son is to help me assemble it, but his work has ramped up some and (he needs the experience) I want him to "manage" the assembly without much input from me.

Had to buy a new satnav because my previous one died on the M25 in England last week. It would restart at random and forget all its settings, including the address I'd entered. I need a satnav that works.

And yes, Google Maps would be fine except Brexit happened and roaming charges resulted in the UK. Bastards.

A case full of liquor for the bar.  :zoinks:

Windsor, Tequila, Brandy, or Vodka...pick your poison.

Picked up 50...$1.00 lottery tickets I won in a local drawing yesterday...won $31.

I need to stop at the dollar store and buy a new broom tomorrow...too many miles on the old one...it finally broke. :witch1:
