Shrimp. Local butcher had a fresh(frozen - it's Indiana) batch of the big ones for sale.
I went in for a decent roast for the week end. I figure, if I'm preparing myself to spend 15 to 18 bucks a pound for Meijer butchered beef, I might as well have a look at our local independant butcher. His was the same price, but way better marbling AND aged.
I was not expecting to see shrimp, so Shrimp tacos tomorrow. Roast on Sunday.
Haven't had shrimp tacos in a while.
