What kind of laptop?
Yes, what kind?

I bought medication (haloperidol, moclobemide and dexamphetamine) and the chemist had a good deal on toilet paper so I bought that too.

Never had a strawberry version of them, but peanut butter M&Ms are great. Can't buy them over here though :( only ever got to have them when my bitch piece of shit former housemate shared some It had brought over in It's luggage from the US. Wish they'd sell those (and  kool-aid) here.

Not bought  them yet, but I am going to be buying myself some glass U-tubes (albeit with a shallower bend than that, but there isn't another letter that corresponds to the shape at all) as well as some glass stoppers with holes in them (can  use corks  or rubber plugs  with holes bored through them, but too many things attack organics in general and devastate rubber, causing it to become dessicated, cracked and crumbly), and some gas taps (I do have a couple but for the life of me I can't find the fuckers, I've been looking all over  the damn place for days. Going to buy some more. Nothing really complicated, just a male ground glass joint fitting connected to a hose barb, with a stopcock inbetween the joint and the hose  outlet, so as to allow gases to be generated  in a  flask via adding one  reagent to another, one being loaded into a pressure-equalized addition funnel and the other being in the  flask that when brought together, generate the gas of choice), as well as some blunt-tipped needles for transferring reagents via glass syringes when corrosion resistance is required.)
Beyond the pale. Way, way beyond the pale.

Hm, just remembered,  I really need some glass tubing in various sizes too, again, usually for transferring gases  from a vessel used for their generation, through a drying tube if needs be, or where suitable, just  bubbling them through concentrated  sulfuric  acid, a powerful dessicant in its own right, and then into wherever they are meant to be going)

Really need those gas taps though, its  driving me absolutely fucking nuts  not being able to find the ones I already have.

Me too!  Lots of seeds that will just make things beautiful.

Yup me three. Built three 4x4x1 garden beds with 4x1x6" troughs on one side. Spent last week shoveling soil, now in the process of filling them with veggies and herbs and a few flowers. Marigolds for me, nasturtiums for the cucumbers and daffodils for WolFish.

So many good things at the garden center, I don't have space to plant them all.

daffodils for WolFish.
At our old house there was an abandoned farmhouse in the woods near us that had thousands of daffodils in the yard. Every spring we would hike out there and pick them, and give huge vases of flowers to neighbors, teachers and friends. We did it every year from the time they were toddlers until teen years when we moved. The oldest has some severe nostalgia from that annual ritual and each spring a vase of daffodils is delivered to me at work. She just built a new house and there's a reserve area nearby. She said she's going to hike into the woods and plant daffodils, so her kids can pick them. They are her favorite flower, and she can't understand why everyone she knows views them as weeds.

Weeds? Sacrilege!

He would have loved that. He used to talk about some fields (I think) near one of the universities he went to, where there were thousands of daffodils in the spring.

One of my favorites too. A lot of mine came from abandoned properties. Unfortunately some have stopped blooming because SO kept cutting off the foliage too soon after they bloomed.

Need to move what I can find in range of the weedeater...and hopefully they will come back.

half oz of green. Not bad price either, 100 quid for a half O, with an extra 3g thrown in due to the go-through being well though of, and some fucking good stuff too; I was feeling pretty rotten the other day, especially with the project I had going in the lab going straight to hell after my flask imploded; but restarted it, although I still need to buy a new 2 liter erlenmeyer :(

A second-hand jogging stroller.

This thing is awesome. It has shocks on it. You can run with it! (Yeah, I know, that's kind of the definition.) But it's smooth as hell, and it's got space underneath for a water bottle and random baby stuff, and I can see myself putting in some serious mileage with the thing.
