Come on don't be a wimp just cut the end off and  strip the wires then just stick them in the proper holes in the outlet :zoinks:

My uncle who owned a safety supply company of all things had things at his house that he plugged in this way :2thumbsup:

I've had a few encounters with electricity and that's more than enough, thank you very much. No need to burn the house down too.

In the US the regular power is 110 for things like water heaters and dryers they double it up to 220 but not all houses have an outlet, my brother uses 220 for the machinery he uses working on peoples houses if there is no outlet he takes off the front of the panel and hooks up with big jumper clips one on each 110 leg the other on the neutral no breaker :zombiefuck:

:GA: That's bound to go wrong sooner or later.

We've got 220V for most household stuff, but I feed my early 60s film projector with three-phase current. The wiring was a bit dodgy--50-yo wiring can be like that--but we finally replaced it all last year. ;D

Hells yeah!

The gopher can even come along if it stays quiet and doesn't chew on anything important.  It's small, and I could have used it to run the hamster wheel in the engine compartment.   :zoinks:

Took it out on Saturday.  Check out the What Have You Done Today? thread for photos.

A backpack with 12 pockets. It has water bottle pockets on the inside and outside, plus the front panel is divided into two pockets, each of which have one and two pockets. The main compartment has a computer pocket and finally there is a stuff pocket on the outside.

MY old pack was fine for traveling in the car, but today I took it downtown and with only one writing book, one sketchbook and my ditty bag it looked and felt like a sausage. The new one swallowed up the entire backpack along with my raincoat, umbrella, water bottle and my other purchases: A bosun's hat, a belt and cooking tongs.
