No, alas, I was disappointed, when I tried.
Does make it more convenient to keep it clean, and to keep sandwiches more neat, but still, it is a missed chance.
Apparently there are tiny boxes too, to place fruit and such in. But I have not seen them.

A banana smoothie when I was out walking.
An injection for my cat at the vets. The injection is for her arthritis, it is supposed to promote cartilage growth and the production of synovial(sp) fluid. Her arthritis is where the pelvis joins the spine.
