Just enjoyed a cup of coffee.

This morning I bought a book on autism and mindfulness. There are some controlled trials that indicate mindfulness can actually help people on the spectrum. Adapted version of mindfulness, with specific descriptions, and not vague wordings.
Am curious.
Kid of mine did an experimental course of it for kids on the spectrum, years ago. And it did help her somewhat. In evaluation all parents concerned said it should have been even more specific, but, all parents also noticed that it did help their kids.

Indeed, I was thinking that when I wrote it. Business at the back, party at the front.

It is the first time I have had a proper style.

Today I bought a memory foam pillow - I will see how I sleep tonight. I also did food shopping.

Most of the nights I love my memory foam pillow. Bought one last summer. But now and then I toss it aside and use my feather pillow.

I find that the memory foam pillow feels completely different in summer and winter. So, if you find that you do not like it, you can store it for a few months, and try again when the weather is cooler.

I have a memory foam pillow but don't like them as much as feather ones

Today I bought a magnetic base for a dial indicator and some storage bins
