Pyraxis is already on the world council- the idea is to have a broad base of regulars to help run the site and make the decisions.

It is kinda of- the decisions will be made by the world council (and the wider membership as a whole), but we will have caretaker admins who will be elected from the WC members. And I agree with Mcjagger I think you'd be a great admin too, which is why we need you in the WC.
