I am indeed into fitness and a healthy lifestyle, but I've not been able to keep up with the exercise part of it very well for the past couple of years due to various medical issues. Fortunately, I think I've resolved those now, and for the past couple of weeks, I've been feeling great, and I've been getting back into the full swing of training over the past 5 days. My food intake has at least doubled with my body rebuilding itself, and it won't take me long to get back to where I was. It's easier to regain lost ground that to tread altogether new ground, and I've had a few gain-loss cycles already since I started working out at 16.
(If I look a bit bloated, it's because I just had a 2kg breakfast, plus 1 litre of tea. If I look kind of unsmiley, it's because I'm just like that sometimes.)
