I was afraid that THIS message might just have contained a reference to the
thread. Had it done so, I could have reconciled Janicka and Alex's PM's.

maybe alex read your pm and then someone elses, like TM1 or mr mark and got you mixed up with them.  maybe not.

the two PMs, IF I had said anything about
the thread here, depending upon whether
I replied before hers was received. Indeed,
it seemed almost a classic case of avoiding the
meaning whilst not lying - which is what I was
hoping for.
