What sort of hours/week and face-to-face time with clients will you be doing, once your training is complete?
Minimum 40 hours in-office in order to get benefits, at least 23 of which must be face-to-face; additional client hours add to the base salary.  I'm assuming that I will be able to get more client hours without going over the 40 hours in-office, particularly after I've gotten used to the paperwork (which goes far faster once you've gotten the hang of it).  Probably also particularly after I've done the initial paperwork for enough clients; the initial paperwork for each client is utterly ghastly, but if you do it right you can write up session notes quite speedily, once a chart has been built.

2. yes, years ago (more than one actually)
3. no, but I feel guilty when I leave me real one alone long enough
4.  Not most of them, though a few years back there was one that said toilets have "morning breath" that I remember being really repulsed by.
