Yes, I meant horizontal bumps.. and injury can be a cause.. but there are more causes.. like hormonal changes, some sicknesses, others..

I've had this.. well, assumption really.. that needs questioning.. The assumption (or question thus) here is: Is there a correlation between getting bumpy thumb nails and mood phases? A bit wild maybe.. but when I've had a couple of serious depressions before the bumpiness of said nails were there too.. quite apparently or clearly there..

Well, been a bit 'on and off' depressed the last two months (not big time) and yeah.. the hor. dents/bumps are back.. 

Um, I have a loooong history of studying my (or other one's) hands and normally they're 'flat' (ok).. it just got me wondering a bit.. (not concluding anything yet though)

.. well, useless facts.. right?

Yellow powder is a cheap and simple explosive, about 3 times more powerful than black powder. It was (probably) invented in the US in the early 19th century.

The composition is:
55% potassium nitrate
27% potassium carbonate
18% sulfur

The only disadvantage is that it's useless for practical purposes, since it won't explode from a fuse or even from a blasting cap. It only explodes when the composition is heated.  :facepalm2:
