I live now in a place where most of the people my age have no knowledge of gang violence. It was easy to have peers where I grew up, but here, I am as much of an outcast as ever. I truly have no one to talk to about some of this shit.

In the Yellow Pages directory of Queensland's Gold Coast region, there are approximately 12 pages of listings for adult entertainment and escort and/or sexual services. Whenever I go there, I find myself wondering how many of the random people I see on the streets, or in the shops, are on the game. Must be quite a lot.
