BTW, only n00bs notice or need signs which warn of rattlesnakes. Rattlesnakes are everywhere.

I've been struck three times, but one never got through my boots and sunk fangs into my skin. :D

Scorpions are a different story though.

There is only one common poisonous species of snake in Colorado: the western rattlesnake, which is native to the plains, so you won't find a rattlesnake much above 7500 feet elevation here.  I have been lucky, because I used to have a snake phobia.
They have two snakes in Manchester museum. I've never seen them move though :(
There's a green one who sleeps on a branch curled up

The church that used to be where my Sophie tree is was on fire on February 6th 1850, so it had to close for a few months. Then it got bombed by the Luftwaffe nearly 100 years later. And Elizabeth Gaskell lived just round the corner.

Another useless fact is that today I slept with the TV on and there was a documentary on about sardines. I had that exact documentary in my dream except it was loads of women instead of sardiones. I dunno why. I also dreamed about Nazy Germany / Ancient Egypt. They were trying to find Jewish people in these big pyramids. Fucking weird.

I saved a baby copperhead from people who wanted to kill it on a job site once I released it in the woods nearby on the way home

 :eh:

I am screaming in my mind at the thought of you picking it up, Parts.

Copperheads are poisonous and I think that they bite more people than any other sort of venomous snake in the US.  Even though a copperhead bite may not be as likely to kill you as some of the other snakes, it would still hurt like hell and possibly harm the use of the body part that is bitten.

I knew what it was and was careful it was just over a foot long didn't think it would do much.  I guess it's just the biologist in me that makes me do such things.  They are not very common around here even in the rural area I was in it would be sad to see them all gone

Well. Ahm, Prayoud ovv ya!

As horrid as it may seem to resist stomping the life out of a poisonous reptile on sight, they do serve a "wholelife" purpose and the world is a safer place with them in it, as long as we don't try nesting together.

Obviously, handling dangerous animals is not for those with fear of them, only respect for them, in their hearts.
I have chosen a more immediate dispensation in the past though. I fed a nest of baby rattlers to brood of baby 'possums, once. I have also used them as fishing bait. I have seen very few worms wriggle like a tiny rattler on a hook.

This is a grammatically valid English sentence:

Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo.

It was discovered/invented in 1972 by University of Buffalo linguist William J. Rapaport. It means "Buffalo from the city of Buffalo that are intimidated by other buffalo from the city of Buffalo themselves intimidate a third group of buffalo, also from Buffalo."

5Y3 is a full wave rectifier tube

Ah, but there are others, too.

I use a 5Y3 in my little minimalist amp, sometimes. (it actually will use about twenty five different rectifier tubes)

It uses anything similar to an EL84  or an SV83 (there are about nine output tubes that I can use)(input tube must be either one of three known possibilities, though) for an output of just under two watts SET.

It is the most incredibly clean and pure and musical sound I have ever heard. I have heard many amps, too.

... not just a few. In fact, I can only think of seven amplifiers that I have not heard.

I can't think of ANY.

Somehow, I think you've heard more than me I, though.

EDITED for grammar, but I think it sounded
better, incorrect.

"I" and "Me"  represents a war that can never end.

There will be no peace between "I" and "Me."

the amps ... I made it my work for most of my life and now it is my hobby. I may have understated if you consider hundreds of which I would have no interest in hearing perform.

Shouldn't that be '"Me" and "I"'?   :orly:

I think the war has yet to decide that issue.

Grammatically speaking, though, sure.
