In The Simpsons, Matt Groaning got the name Ned Flanders and LoveJoy from the name of the streets here in Portland. He grew up here. The street isn't called Ned Flanders lol, it's called Flanders St. My uncle even typed in the name on google and a picture of Ned Flanders popped up.

Most of the names in the show come
from Springfield OR.

There are lot of Springfields around. No one knows what state they live in. The show never says and probably never will.

Nonetheless, nearly all of the Portland street names
which are used, also occur in Springfield/Eugene. And
some which don't occur in Portland (such as skinner) are
pretty specific to this area. Add the nuke, and the existence
of Shelbyville, and things seem pretty suspicious. Though, I
suspect that things have been toned down, over time.

I initiated thirteen brand new, out-of-the-box laptops today, for display. My boss expected to have another guy who would do each one in succession. I did them all at the same time. He was impressed.

NO!

I think that it does have an R-value of 11, but I guess the R-value could depend on the exact condition of the insulation.

It depends on the density of the fiberglass.  Plain fiberglass has a R value of 11 for three and a half inches, medium density a r-13 and high density r-15
