Land is much more than scenery. Therein exists multiple ecosystems and the potential for medicine, food, water, and animal development. It's life! Not simply a pretty picture! It is absolutely vital to the earth's greater biodiversity!

Just as important as scenery is buying property on a critical infrastructure line.  We're on the electric line for the waste treatment plant and get back on line very, very quickly.
