Birds have epic tongues sometimes. Some ducks have sharp, jagged tongues, like saws.
Herons have spear-like tongues, likely to keep squirmy fish nicely impaled in their beaks

The only American president ever being a PhD was Woodrow Wilson.

How many Swedish presidents have been PhDs?  :orly:

In the Roman Empire only rich men would get bald. I don't remember exactly why, but it had something to do with genetics (of course) and men then only getting bald by eating much fat.

This sounds very strange. How can genetics predetermine your fortune?
You are born into genetics - but economy is a variable.

I would rather suspect that they had some cultural idea that baldness was a sign of wealth, and then maybe would shave their heads or something, to signal this? Idunno, but this sounds like a very odd coincidence.

What happened to all dirt-broke people, who suffered from male pattern baldness?
They were "disappeared" >:I

No no, wealthy men, who could afford to eat much fat, got bald. The metabolism back then should have been of such a kind that you only got bald if you ate an abundance of fat.

Whaaat? I've never heard of this...
Not denying it, but it sounds very strange.
Do you have any sources that confirm the biology behind this? Baldness has to do, amongst other, with testosteron levels, which in turn is genetic

If you are right, then it shows another example of culture affecting genetics. This is not uncommon. European boobies are big and firm, because Europeans culturally put a lot of emphasis on boob-aesthetics. Ergo culture affects genetics.

The commonly spoofed/used dog name Fido comes from latin, and means "faithful".
The popularization of the name is likely to stem from an Italian dog, who waited 14 years for his (deceased) master to return, a story that gained much attention at the time.
(The story is similar to a very public Japanese one, and many others)
