i s'pose now i'll have to work out exactly what i do/use and write it up - i'm one of those annoying "bung in a bit of this, and a smidge of that" cooks, i'm afraid.
It's exactly what i do. Annoying is measuring things out: I just bung things in and then some more if necessary.
You can't really have too many chillies or spices ( well, within reason).
I like my food hot.
i'll bung some of my homegrown chillies in that sock, then, and some turkish and indian ones, which are fucking murder. they're all dried, but that's easier if i'm posting themj.
