Let's say hypothetically, for the sake of argument, that an adult in one country sent naked pictures of himself or herself to an underage child in Oregon, where the age of consent is 18, and solicited similar pictures from the child.  Looking at it from a pedantic legal standpoint, if these pictures are considered pornographic, whose laws would apply in this case: Oregon laws; US laws; the other country's laws; or international law?

Since I haven't sent naked images and certainly wouldn't request naked images to this individual, that is utterly irrelevant.

Graelwyn seems to think that because she can marry Flagg when he turns seventeen in Oregon, with parental consent, that his mother can give them permission to fuck when he turns seventeen.  Unless she actually marries him, it does not work that way.  I kind of hope that she does go to Oregon and finds out this little fact for herself.  Right now, she seems to be in  denial.  A parent cannot give someone the right to break the law with their minor child.  That would be like a parent turning their underage child over to a pimp to be prostituted.

The fact you are claiming it is illegal says that you were speaking in terms of sex, as that would be the illegal part as well you know.
Simply talking to someone on the net with the aim of being with them eventually, is not illegal, as any person should know.
