unfortunately - for you, anyway - the whole mess got so complicated and dragged out that many people are thoroughly bored with it. which is probably why few people who "were there" are posting in this thread. for myself (and callaway's right - it all started with me), i lose the will to live, even thinking about going over it all again.
i appreciate (and agree with) your reluctance to condemn someone without evidence. i'm so bored with the whole travesty that i deleted all the evidence i have, otherwise, you could have had pages and pages of it, including deleted threads, IM logs and emails.
having said which - and to be fair - i'll say this much: WP used to be a great site. it really did offer support and a sense of "homecoming" to a lot of people, including me. then alex got into the whole idea of being a media slut, making money off the site, and using it to find a girlfriend. and then it all went pear shaped. a number of people here virtually ran the site, at one point or another - duncvis, pyraxis, me, for example - due to alex's lack of interest in the supposed purpose of WP. it's the lying, the deceit and the exploitation people get so exercised about.
