"spectacle"  What the fuck, guess I have been working too hard.  I am having a very tough living situation also, so maybe that is contributing.  Mom is acting normal now, thank god.  The only reason I survive so well was the thought of words not physically hurting me. She has been abusing me most of the day while I visited my grandmother on her last few days alive.  I had accidental ingestion of wheat flour about 20 days ago and it was small. When I got of for longer period is was easier to think, so maybe that was it.  I am going to see what I can do about that, maybe cure the problem.  Sometimes people can eat the offending food ounce the body has had plenty of rest with no more problems ever.  I try to remember that I want to be free from the weakness everytime wheat or dairy looks good, and so I must have at least a long period of rest.  I did react one time to my mom, but tommorow is another day.  I have not said a word to my sister.  More chances.. more pratice.  CHEERS ALL! ;D

Yes, I personally love you to.  Dealing with my mom is invigorating, and all she did was explain her behavior to me, like I don't understand human behavior. I very well do, especially the dx of bipolar disorder.  At least she is nice half the time.

I have explained about possible natural remedies for bipolar disorder, opened her mind to less psychotic thought process, and ignored her manicness.  Words cannot physically hurt me, and I am almost oblivious to her comments, given I deal with things so well including death.
