Gopher-bobbing is when we grab a gopher, a bucket of water, stick it's ugly little fur-face under the surface and step on it's head until it drowns. Thus leaving the deceased gopher to bob up and down in the bucket. Nasty little furry bastards that they are :p

ah. Thanks...ish for delivering the explanation that  I negelected to add.

My own explanation was gonna be that gopher -bobbing is much like apple-bobbing 'cept you have to careful not to give the apple a chance to bite back. 

Also drowning the gopher is not on the agenda. That would spoil the fun.  Should the gopher show signs of drowning , then  the biggest loser (as determined by a points system)  has to do mouth-to-mouth-resusitation on the gopher, as a forfeit.

Trouble is, when the Gopher comes back, all those other old posts look like yours. No telling them apart retrospectively, not  unless somebody quotes 'em,. and you look at the name on the quote.

BTW, what do you think of my version of gopher-bobbing? I think it's a tiny bit friendlier than Lestat's.  Not  sure you'd like it much though

That's okay. I don't dwell in the past. If someone has a question about the past, then I can answer it. That's completely different than logging in to see someone is actively pretending to be me, especially when they're being spiteful.
