listen i went through a serious depression, and didnt know you were so intrested in ichiro. i got some highend rookie cards if you'd like to see them.

i have about a quarter million baseball cards.  including several high end rookie cards.  most notably a reggie jackson and nolan ryan and mike schmidt.
i have over 200 cal ripken jr rookie cards.

i have not collected any cards in the past 15 years.

the cal ripkens i bought at a show in 1983 for about fifty cents each.

i bought the ryan for about forty bucks.

i traded for the rest.  i also have a johnnie and several george bretts.

from 1975 through about 1989 i would get a 1/2 case of baseball cards for a birthday gift from my grandpa.
a 1/2 case is 12 boxes of baseball cards with 36 packs in each box, 12-15 cards per pack.

and i would go to shows and speculate on prospects.

i wasted good money on about 100 jose conseco's.
