Warez mah lasagna?!

Oh, lasagne takes longer.  You have to make the meat sauce in the morning and then after you bake the lasagne it always tastes better the next day.

I just eat stauffer's, most lasagna has ricotta cheese which is gross.

OK, I'll wait for it.

So even though you are committed to stauffer's you are willing to try mine  :P

As long as there's no ricotta cheese.

Parmesan.  Hard cheese, not soft cheese.

Parmesan in the bechamel.  And then a mixture of Parmesan and other cheese on top.

Cooking is theraputic if you enjoy it.  Lasagne is something you can cook but still freeze some for another time, so it's not so bad for making the effort to do it.

Some people just don't feel inclined to make an effort.  I understand that, but I can't imagine not enjoying cooking.

I like making curries, thai or indian.  Or anything savoury really.  I usually don't cook that many sweets, but I have a few stand bys.
