Personally I think attitudes to sex and relationships are a complex mess no matter which of the sexes is involved.  Its something that interests me a lot so I'm likely to ask questions if I don't get someone's attitude or beliefs (although I'm not sure that people always appreciate being asked). But yeah often it seems that its women that have the hardest to understand.
