I make all my curries from scratch..ie; pure ingredients.  Have been to Thailand and it's the only authentic way to make Thai food.
Most recipes for Indian or Thai food ask for pre made pastes...which are shit and will never, ever give you the right flavour.
Curries are my speciality.  And Chinese...Authentic chinese...not the take away shop kind.
My favourite food is , Chinese style with Soy, Honey and Star Anise.
But I don't mind a few French favourites also.

I would live in France, have my own farm, drink wine as the sun goes down and cook glorious food 24 x 7.

Good choice- I've been yearning to move to France since my parents moved there last year and we went to visit them and saw just how nice it was over there.  We're going again at the end of this month

France is pure indulgence of the senses.  Food, wine, perfume, beautiful countryside...there is nowhere else to compare really.
