instead of a specialty, what are you planning to cook next?
I make all my curries from scratch..ie; pure ingredients. Have been to Thailand and it's the only authentic way to make Thai food.
Most recipes for Indian or Thai food ask for pre made pastes...which are shit and will never, ever give you the right flavour.
Curries are my speciality. And Chinese...Authentic chinese...not the take away shop kind.
My favourite food is
, Chinese style with Soy, Honey and Star Anise.
But I don't mind a few French favourites also.
